From the prototype to series production

Many different questions arise during the development of a new product: How can we achieve the desired properties? What would be a reliable and at the same time cost-efficient production process? How can we implement that process in practice?

Our technology lab enables us to answer these and many more questions. In the lab, we employ exactly the same technologies as in our full-scale production plants. This means, the results from the lab-scale production are 1 : 1 transferrable. This provides a secure basis for a successful scale-up.

We use the plant to produce powder or pellet prototypes at lab scale – usually in quantities between 1 and 3 kg , on request also in greater quantities.
